A Few House Rules ...


1) Please ensure that nothing but toilet paper is flushed down the toilet! The house is on a septic treatment tank system.

2) Please ensure the house is neat and tidy when you leave.

3) Garbage should be put out, recycling should be put in the bins provided and dishes should be washed and put away. An additional cleaning charge of $50.00 will apply to guests who choose to leave dirty dishes in the sink.


 

 


4) Please please place dirty towels in the tub at the end of your visit.

5) Please ensure the glass shower door is always in the closed position.

6) Josephine Lake House is in a residential neighbourhood and excessive noise is not tolerated. Please ensure that your group is quiet by 10PM.
