• Children are more than welcome, pets are not.

• This is a strictly non-smoking home

• Check in after 3:00 pm, check out by 11:00 am

• Cash, cheque or money order in Canadian funds are accepted

• A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required upon booking. The balance of payment is due upon arrival. Refunds of deposits for bookings (with less than 21 days notice) will only be given if we can find a replacement booking.

• Flexibility in the weekly rate may be available for longer stays (based on availability and time of year)

• Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
